Audit Trails: See Who Changed What and When
Audit Trails (also called audit logs or an activity history) show who added, changed, removed, or exported data in your Corsizio account, and when. Use them to answer questions like "Who edited this event's price?", "Who deleted that coupon?", or "Who exported our attendee list?"
Who can view Audit Trails
Only account owners and admins can view Audit Trails. Users with other roles (editor, facilitator, viewer) see the Audit Trails option grayed out, with the message "Only account admins can view the audit trails."
What Audit Trails record
Each entry in the list shows:
- Kind: the type of record, such as Account, Settings, Events, Attendees, Instructors, Coupons, Memos, or Users.
- Action: what happened, such as added, changed, removed, or exported. Sign-ins and sent login codes are also recorded for users.
- Tags: the parts of the record that changed, such as "price" or "custom fields".
- Who: the name of the user who made the change. Hover over the name to see their email address. Please ensure all account users use their real name, not a generic title or abbreviation, to maintain accountability and comply with our terms of use.
- Record: the name of the record that changed. Select it to go to that event, instructor, or coupon.
- When: the date and time, plus how long ago it happened.
Audit Trails are kept for 60 days. Older entries are deleted automatically and can't be recovered.
Filter the list
At the top of the Audit Trails panel, you can filter by:
- Kind: one type of record, such as Events or Coupons.
- Action: Added, Changed, Removed, or Exported.
- User: changes made by one user on your account.
The newest entries show first. Select Load more at the bottom to see older ones.
When you open Audit Trails from a specific record (see below), the list shows only that record's history, and the Kind filter is locked.
Note — If you renamed terms like "Events", "Attendees", or "Instructors" in your account (for example, to "Classes" or "Students"), the Manager app and Audit Trails use your terms instead.
