Account Reports

In order to view and analyze your data, Corsizio provides you with a specific Reports section that is accessible from the main navigation menu at the top of your dashboard, as follows:

There are also various areas throughout the platform that offer different reporting capabilities, which will be covered in this help document. However, to gain a detailed understanding of what each report entails, please refer to the help document: Aggregate Reports Documentation.

Overall Account Report

This generic report allows you to view your account-wide statistics and financial totals as follows: 

  • It provides a quick overview of the number of events, attendees, memos, coupons, instructors, and users you have up to that point. 

  • It provides an all-time breakdown of your financial totals.

  • It provides a bar graph that shows how many registrations you have processed by month over the past 2 years, and this includes any deleted registrations.

  • It provides overall event and feature stats, such as how many of your events are using deposits, discounts, or waiting lists.

Aggregate Event Report

This customizable report allows you to view event-related aggregate totals by date range, as follows:

  • It provides the event and feature stats within a specific time period that you can further filter by event categories.

  • It provides the event financial totals within a specific time period that you can further filter by event categories.

  • It provides a bar graph showing the number of events created by month within a specific time period, and this includes any deleted events.

  • It provides a list of your top events within a specific time period that you can further filter by different attributes, like page views, attendees, revenue, etc.

Aggregate Registrations Report

This customizable report allows you to view registration-related aggregate totals by date range, as follows:

  • It provides registration stats within a specific time period.

  • It provides registration financial totals within a specific time period.

  • It provides a bar graph showing the number of registrations processed by month within a specific time period, and this includes any deleted or canceled registrations.

  • It provides a pie graph showing the distribution of registrations within a specific time period that you can further filter by different attributes, like registration status, payment choice, name, email, coupon code, etc.

Other Reports

In addition to the main Reports section, the following areas also provide reporting features:

  • Within the account, the main event list and attendee list are used to display a real-time view of the latest statistics, and they also feature filters to narrow down the list.
  • Every event has a report page that summarizes the statistics for that specific event, including the daily and monthly registration rates.
  • Every event supports exporting all of its attendees into PDF and CSV reports. For more information, refer to the help document: Export data out of Corsizio.
  • For detailed financial data about your online payment transactions, you need to log into your Stripe account and refer to Stripe's reports and exports.
