Scheduling one-on-one individual bookings
If you are looking to have people register for timeslots where they choose their own date and time, Corsizio is not the right service for that.
If you offer general group events and would also like to offer predefined date and time slots for individual sessions or private lessons, you would need to create those as separate events in Corsizio, just like any other event, following the event creation process.
- For example, you may be running a dance school where students can sign up for your group classes and also for one-on-one lessons for personalized instruction.
Option 1: Each event is a single session
- As part of Step 1 — Main Details, you must still enter a set date and time for the individual session. It cannot be left open for the person to choose because Corsizio is not a scheduling service. However, you can hide the dates from public view, if needed.
- As part of Step 5 — Filters & Settings, be sure to set the registration limit to 1, or to the number of people who can attend this specific session.

Additionally, you may wish to create a special category filter by going to account Settings > Configurations > Categories, to categorize these events as "Individual Classes" or something similar when you are configuring Step 5. This will allow your audience to easily filter for them on your event portal site, and then choose from the available day and time sessions that you have provided.

Option 2: One event houses all individual sessions
- For example, you can create an event called "Individual Classes for April" or one called "Individual Classes for 2026" or one called "Individual Classes with Name of Teacher", and so on.

As part of Step 2 — Pricing & Payment, you can offer one price category for a single class or multiple price categories to sell a set number of such classes during registration. Keep in mind that you will need to manually track when students use these classes, as Corsizio is designed for set-date events only and does not track any such private class or package details.
As part of Step 4 — Custom Form Fields, add a custom field or heading to the registration form that explains how and when this individual class will be scheduled.

As part of Step 5 — Filters & Settings, you should include a custom message that appears on the confirmation receipt email the registrant receives, reminding them of how and when this individual class will be scheduled.

When you have finished configuring the event, Save & Exit.
